Sunday, December 10, 2006 -exams- the chrysanthemum tea ![]() ![]() This gets me thru the exams.. i drink this, or long jin tea (dragon well tea) both bought by mum from china.. cos if i dun drink tea, i'll slp... ... and lipton tea's abit boring... Anywayz, for those interested in chrysanthemum tea: dried chrysanthemum flowers + rocks of sugar + wolfberries + hot water (not boiling hot, but not warm, abt the usual 70degrees C used to make chi tea). Stir and leave for flavours to infuse and the sugar to dissolve... do eat the flowers.. they're edible, and supposedly good for you.. They're also oh-so-pretty... =) Will post the other food experiences after the exams another time.. =) Sorry for the loong overdue posts.... |
