undoubtly, THE BEST pasta i've ever tasted!!!
**Fresh prawns and saffron cream sauce!**
this is the ultimate to me!! i loved the sauce.. kumin, saffron, and cream.. it was.. hmmmmmmm... irresistible! the pasta's a generous portion.. so it reali fills you up. The BEST thing? you don't get sick of it, which is typical of cream pasta.
loved the addition of tomato bits instead of capsicum which other places love to do with cream.. Basil leaves fulfills the vege portion and takes away the guilt of not eating vege which i normally have when i eat pasta... the prawns were extremely fresh and springy. everything juz blends in to make this dish the pasta to die for! comfort food? - this is juz it!!!
