Apricot Herb Crust Dory with Hazelnut & Apricot Cream
Delightful! and yet, really healthy.. i loved the apricot crust, thou i'm not a fan of apricot.. Dory is a easy fish to cook... and cheap, i might add.. it'll be nice if they used fresh fish.. but oh well, it's tcc, not some food cafe.. =p but, we're paying quite a price for dory... love the salad bunch at the top.. mash potato was buttery (which i like), but wasn't warm as i'd prefer it to be.. and.. where was the hazelnut? didn't catch it anywhere.. *heh, i'm a fan of hazelnut! =p
