Saturday, March 24, 2007 Main courses from Blue Lobster  US Duck stuffed with scallop and lychee sauce Very unique dish! i stole some from my dad!! and it was succulent, and i loved the stuffed scallops!! i didn't imagine that this combi was possible!! And it's healthy too! look at the bed of veg! =)  Rack of Lamb My cuz's (XXian's) i tasted alittle bit, and it was nice! lamb is difficult to master, and it's quite well done here =) I like the presentation very much!! so pretty!!  Steak I dun eat beef, but my cuz (XYu) totally cleaned her plate!! Guess that's a thumb's up! hehe!  |
