I was in my bright orange Reebok tee and sch shorts, when my dad lugged me to his entertainment session with his suppliers. (his suppliers are the ones treating lunch.) The moment i stepped in, i felt out of place. It looked like a good place for weddings- pure white, and quite grand, despite it's awful run-down outerior. Ppl dressed for the office were looking up from their lunches to glance at me. lolz. And for the first time in my life, i'm pulled into one of those meals which you are constantly being judged, and thrown questions which i haf to smile at and laugh at. So that's the atmosphere. But it ended up pretty okay lah, i guess.. on to the food.

anywayz, the food was terrific. we had prawns with asparagus, which was a healthy and fresh combi. the prawn had a bouncy chew - the signature sign of freshness. And the asparagus wasn't overcooked.. The next dish i had was the usual abalone and brocolli. i was realli glad that they ordered abalone instead of sharks' fin soup. the abalone was, as always, flavourful. The pork ribs were served in individual portions, and it was realli tasty... i ate it all, althou it was fatty. It was tender, and sweet. Which realli could match up with Tony romas. The noodles were ok, and the soup (some herbal soup). desert, i had walnut cream.. which was creamy and lovely. overall, a good place to eat. =)

service-wise, they haf their share of amatures and seasoned. But all were rather polite, and did their duties. My cup of tea was never empty, and plates were changed frequently and cleared so that there were no clutter at all. Enjoyable meal.

I saw that your chatbox with flooble isn't working anymore. Mine did the same thing and I signed up like 5 times. try http://cbox.co.za/ instead. it's free and you can pull the colors from the layout to match your chatbox! I love what you have done to make it yours
